Travel Program<\/strong>\u00a05 days \/ 4 nights<\/p>\n

Day 1<\/strong>
\nArrival and accommodation in hotel.
\nFor the first contact with the city, we organized a cocktail\u00a0at the famous\u00a0Maison du Pastis<\/strong>\u00a0where you can enjoy\u00a0different variations of the Marseille\u00a0drink par excellence, followed by a dinner in a typical restaurant. Return to hotel for the night.<\/p>\n

Day 2: Marseille<\/strong>
\nIn the morning we invite you to discover the old city, with its\u00a0ancient harbour<\/strong>\u00a0and the traditional fish market and visits to the Cathedral of Santa Maggiore and to the\u00a0Vecchia Carit\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong>(Old Charity), which once was a hospital, a hospice home and a barrack, now is a scientific\u00a0and museum pole.<\/p>\n

At lunchtime you have the possibility to eat in a typical restaurant and taste the famous\u00a0Buillabaisse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon we propose a\u00a0boat ride<\/strong>\u00a0from the ancient harbour at the discovery of the spectacular\u00a0scenery of the \u201ccalanche\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>(gullies), from the ancient port of\u00a0Marseilles<\/strong>\u00a0up to\u00a0Cassis\u00a0<\/strong>and back.
\nReturn to \u00a0hotel, dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 3: Arles\u00a0and le Alpilles<\/strong>
\nTransfer to\u00a0Arles<\/strong>,\u00a0UNESCO Word Heritage Site<\/strong>, to visit the ancient cities and the famous\u00a0Roman\u00a0Arenas<\/strong>, with the amphitheater,\u00a0the ancient theatre and the Roman necropolis.<\/p>\n

At lunchtime a visit to a wine producer with a\u00a0tasting of \u00a0typical products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon excursion in the\u00a0Alpilles<\/strong>, the small\u00a0Provencal\u00a0Alps<\/strong>\u00a0with a visit at the monumental complex of\u00a0Les Baux de Provence<\/strong>, with its castle and medieval village.<\/p>\n

Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 4: Aix-en-Provence and Avignone<\/strong>
\nIn the morning, transfer to\u00a0Aix-en-Provence<\/strong>, with a tour of the Renaissance city and visit of the studio where\u00a0Cezanne<\/strong>\u00a0worked. To conclude the visit a\u00a0delicious stop at the factory of the famous Provencal \u00a0\u201ccalisson\u201d. Free lunch.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, transfer to\u00a0Avignone,\u00a0<\/strong>another city part of the\u00a0World Heritage\u00a0of\u00a0UNESCO<\/strong>, and a visit of the historical \u00a0center of the city with its churches and buildings, from which stand out the famous\u00a0Palazzo dei Papi\u00a0<\/strong>(The Palace of the Popes), where many Pontiffs of the XIV century where hosted, and the Sant B\u00e9nezet\u00a0Bridge.<\/p>\n

Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n
